Registration PE "Turnkey" (Private entrepreneur)
The following documents are necessary to start:
A copy of the entrepreneur's passport
A copy of the entrepreneur's identification number
 
While operating your request, our manager will discuss with you and (if needed) give a counsel on such matters as:
Activity categories
The necessity of a stamp
Taxation system
 
If you have never run into the enterprise and wish to make the first step, your order will be rewarded by our free advice concerning the principles of entrepreneurship, accounting and sending reports to the state bodies, taxes, possible controls and audits and so forth.
 
The cost of the registration "Turnkey" comprises of the full spectrum of service:
1. Preparation of the documents for registration.
2. Conducting of the full procedure of official registration in a district state administration.
3. Registration in the statistics office with obtaining statistical record.
4. Registration of the company in a district tax administration.
5. Registration in the pension fund.
6. Help with payment of all the state fees for registration.
7. Consultations are available all the time during the registration.
8. Application for a sole tax system.

The service of a notary is remunerated separately, approximately:
A letter of attorney for the right to conduct registration + 2 photocopies – 200UAH
Notarial evidence of the signatures on the statute – 200UAH
